Please Note: Due to Hurricanes Katrina & Rita - this site has changed focus
we won't be accepting memberships until the emergency need for free
information and coordination has passed. At that time the following will
be available.

This site was created to be a membership website serving those in need and
those who serve them - giving them the resources to empower their individual
communities.

However, Hurricane Katrina quickly changed our focus ... and although we are
paying the fees out of our own pockets ... the need far outweighs those dollars.
