This website was originally created to serve those who dedicate their lives to serving others - Arkansas' health, social and human service providers.

With the Hurricanes Katrina and Rita ... many communities found themselves scrambling to unite their services with the victims coming to them for assistance. Our programmers and founders quickly answered the call for a solution - through hundreds of work hours and thousands of dollars out of their own pockets - Arkansas Outreach was put online both for immediate use and long term assistance. Enter Helpline ... in an effort to offer local communities the opportunity to determine their infrastructure ... Helpline will help pay for the memberships listed here. Every penny donated to this website will go to its upkeep ... keeping it free of charge.
